The staff are very nice and give their best to make the stay an incredible experience. The hotel offers a great location not far from many amazing restaurants and the Malecon. The Malecon Boardwalk is relatively close to the venue.

The room is pretty spacious and comes with AC, a safe, and a TV with lots of channels. You can control the room temperature to your liking. Plus, it's super convenient as it's very close to Act II Entertainment Stages 🎉.

The hotel's brand-new and quiet rooms with private bathrooms were fantastic. The location in the Downtown Puerto Vallarta district near many amazing restaurants, the Malecon, and Puerto Vallarta was magnificent. The hotel also offers a heated pool and on-site parking. The fact that there was no charge for wake-up service and ironing was incredible.

I spent 4 peaceful days at Casa Nicole and would definitely return. The room I booked was impeccably clean and had a lovely balcony and patio. The service was fantastic, and the pool was well taken care of. The location, just a few blocks from the beach, was unbeatable. The food at the attached restaurant was delicious and of high quality.

The location was convenient, just a few blocks from the main area and close to the beach. The staff, especially Juan, were friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel.
